I’m so disappointed and frustrated. I spent my hard-earned money on hair extensions from this place, and they were a complete letdown. The hair started falling out almost immediately, and the ends were thin and lifeless. I went back hoping to at least exchange them — I wasn’t even asking for a refund — but the woman I spoke to shut me down completely. No compassion, no effort to make it right. I left feeling dismissed and upset. Please, don’t make the same mistake I did. Save your money and go somewhere that actually stands behind what they sell.

Do not waste your money! I purchased hair extensions from this business, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. The hair is shedding excessively, and the ends are very thin — definitely not what I expected for the price. I returned to see if I could at least exchange them, but the staff refused and showed no willingness to help or make it right in any way. Poor customer service and poor product quality. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

To the elderly woman behind the register on 3/2/24 sorry to inform you that not all black americans steal. Your behavior was disgusting! Some of us actually have jobs, pay taxes and love to walk out of a door with a receipt. You all but accused my husband of stealing without opening your mouth. You walked behind him, around him, check the shelf, and cameras after he walked away from an aisle. I didn’t know this until my husband told me after I made my orchase or I would’ve left asap. It really blows my mind that YOU decide to have a business that targets predominantly black Americans but continue to treat us disrespectfully as if we are beneath you. FYI we don’t NEED your stores some of us choose your stores because it may have a larger selection of certain items.( I don’t need your hair) I have been to several beauty supply stores where we were treated as customers should be treated. It would be ignorant or racist to say all Asian beauty supply store owners treat black americans this way but I know they DON’T! To the younger woman who was pleasant from the time we walked in until the time we left, thank you. Unfortunately your elderly co- worker was loud and clear that people like my husband and I are not welcomed here. I hope you teach her the lesson for the day, that not all black Americans steal! She’s never to old to LEARN!

We had a fantastic experience with Amy!! We were looking for wigs that would be better suited for a white woman and this store came through! Amy was so helpful and kind. They have the largest selection of wigs for white woman we've seen thus far!!

Beauty zone is amazing. The staff is so friendly and they are never annoyed if you ask a question, i feel like they are generally there to help me. My daughter loves the store and we go about 2x a month for everything from hair, wigs, hair lotions, lip gloss..basically everything. Beauty zone is so much better then Sally beauty.
